Privacy notice.
How i5Benchmark and the i5 Readiness Mapper handle information in the current implementation.
1. Scope
This notice applies to the i5Benchmark website and to the browser-based i5 Readiness Mapper demonstration. It should be read with the Data Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Use.
2. Information handled
A demonstration may contain an organisation or area name, subject type, sector, location, scale, declared scope and responses relating to the five domains. These inputs remain on your device and are not transmitted to i5Benchmark.
3. The two demonstrations store data differently
The site contains two separate demonstrations, and only one of them keeps anything after you leave the page.
- i5 Readiness Mapper walkthrough (/mapper/demo/)
- Temporary, in-page only. Your profile selections, questionnaire answers, simulated evidence items and structured data are held in the page's memory for as long as the tab is open. They are not written to browser storage. Reloading, navigating away, closing the tab or pressing Restart demo discards them immediately. Files chosen in the evidence step are never read or uploaded — only the filename is used to create a temporary illustrative finding.
- Workspace demonstration (/login/, /register/ and the workspace pages)
- Persisted in this browser until you delete it. These pages write their state — the demo organisation details you enter, assessment answers, evidence review decisions, notifications and actions — to this browser's local storage under a single key. It persists across reloads and between visits, is readable only in this browser profile, and is never transmitted to us. Delete it with Reset demo data on the workspace Overview page, or by clearing site data for this domain.
Browser storage is not a remote database and gives no access control of its own. Anyone who can use the same browser profile can read anything stored there, so avoid entering a real organisation name or any confidential detail in either demonstration.
4. Website operation
This implementation includes no user accounts, advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or assessment submission endpoint. Hosting providers may process standard request logs such as IP address, time, browser information and requested URL for security and delivery.
5. Publication
i5Benchmark will not publish identifiable organisation results without explicit, documented consent. The current demonstrations use fictional organisation and comparison data.
6. Security
Do not enter confidential, personal or sensitive information into free-text fields in the demonstration. Device and browser security remain the user’s responsibility.
7. Your choices and deletion
You can stop at any point, print a local copy, or avoid entering an identifiable organisation name. To delete the Mapper walkthrough data, reload the page or press Restart demo. To delete the workspace demonstration data, use Reset demo data on the workspace Overview page, or clear site data for this domain in your browser. You control removal directly in your browser. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@sust.in.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated as platform functions change. Material changes are reflected in the version number and date above.
