Conditions for use of the i5Benchmark website and the i5 Readiness Mapper demonstration.
1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. The site is provided as a framework reference and decision-support resource.
2. No certification or compliance determination
Use of the framework or the Mapper does not produce a certification, accredited status, assurance opinion, legal compliance decision or official Industry 5.0 standard status. i5Benchmark is not endorsed by the European Union, any national authority, standards organisation or certification body, and does not claim to represent any of them.
3. Responsible use
You must not present a self-assessment as independently verified, present fictional demonstration data as real results or rankings, infer endorsement, assert equivalence between i5Benchmark requirements and any external standard, attempt to compromise the site, or use outputs to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions.
4. Inputs and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of responses, the definition of declared scope, and lawful authority to use any information you enter. Outputs depend on self-reported inputs and should be validated before material decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, the framework and original content are protected by applicable rights. Standards references are high-level and interpretive and do not reproduce proprietary standard text. Obtain authorised standard publications from their respective publishers.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Requirements, evidence routes, judgement boundaries and demonstration configurations may evolve; the framework version in force should be recorded for any repeated assessment.
7. Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties, and i5Benchmark is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of its outputs. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Other policies
The Assessment Disclaimer, Ranking Policy, Data Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy Notice form important parts of the platform’s trust framework.
